Who we are

I’m Alexis, and I founded Camp Canine at 28 after realizing my true passion—creating a safe, enriching space for dogs. In 2020, I started as a Pet Parent Relationship Manager at a dog daycare in Scarborough, and everything clicked. With three dogs at home, I’ve always loved pups, but this experience showed me how much more could be done to improve their care. Camp Canine was born from a simple belief: dog daycares should always prioritize health, safety, and fulfillment. That’s our mission every single day.
